- We inquire and are curious of the root cause of why you're feeling the way you are feeling, and why you are in the situation you are today - in other words - addressing the cause and not just focusing on the symptoms,
- I help to integrate and expand new possibilities,
- I challenge you gently and help become aware of the different ways you sabotage yourself/your relationships,
- I help maintain the focus on the process of change – that is, on how the change process unfolds, rather than on what you should do/achieve – so that it progresses at your own pace.
We create this together, but it is my responsibility to create a safe space that enables development and the transformation process.
